My name is Lisa and I am the owner of The Fleur de Lis Nanny Connection. My children are both in college now, but I returned to my job as a district sales manager with General Electric when my son was three and my daughter was just twelve months old. Leaving them in the care of someone else was the hardest decision I have ever had to make. There were not many options back then and guilt was something I felt daily.
